1.What is your payment terms?
For production orders our terms are 30% deposit upon order placement and balance 70% after Bill of Lading copy. Western union or T/T is acceptable for the balance 70% payment. The production order will not be processed until the deposit payment has been received, so please build this into your lead time.

2.How can I know order status?
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail. Some further emails will be sent to you to check bout the production details of your goods. We will contact you if we have any queries about roductions. If you don't receive any email from you, which means your production goes smoothly and will be shipped as our contract.
